Once your order is placed we will process it the same or next day. From there, our carrier partners handle the rest.

Shipping to you is free. We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We ship out of the Atlanta area, so shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will require a bit more time for delivery.

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it if need be.

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We know buying shoes from a new brand can be tricky. To minimize the risk of getting the wrong size, we recommend bumping up a 1/2 size from your current tennis shoe. This has worked for the overwhelming majority of players. Please keep that in consideration when ordering.
